      Alison is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of Equal Measures 2030. She has over 15 years of experience in international development policy, advocacy and campaigning and has previously worked at UNSDSN, ActionAid, Oxfam, Save the Children and Accenture.

      Head of Data and Insights

      Albert leads the data strategy for Equal Measures 2030, ensuring our results and insights are accessible and understandable to all. He has more than 20 years of experience, including with UNESCO Institute for Statistics, UNICEF Office of Research, and the U.S. Census Bureau.


    • Amanda Austin

      Head of Policy and Advocacy

      Amanda develops thematic positioning alongside integrated advocacy and communications plans to drive global, regional and national awareness, engagement and policy change. She also leads support to countries undertaking Equal Measures 2030 influencing. Previously, she worked with Plan International, Save the Children and Oxfam.

      Jessica Lomelin

      Head of Media and Communications

      Jessica leads the global, external media and communications strategy for Equal Measures 2030, focused on bringing issues of data, gender equality and the Sustainable Development Goals to life through multi-media and compelling storytelling. With experience in Africa and Asia, Jessica has worked with Plan International, Every1Mobile, MiranMedia, UN agencies and Weber Shandwick.


    • Isabel Varnado

      Head of Finance and Compliance

      Isabel leads on procurement, contracting, sub-awards, compliance and financial analysis for Equal Measures 2030. She joined the team from Save the Children and has also worked with Graham Holdings (Washington Post) and BoardSource.

      Sarah Ajaoud

      Project Officer

      Sarah is responsible for project and knowledge management and support for Equal Measures 2030. Prior to joining the team, she worked with Sister Namibia and GIZ in the fields of gender-based violence and political empowerment.

      Agar Nana Mbianda

      Program Manager

      Agar leads the Achieve SDG5 initiative on gender equality in Tanzania for Equal Measures 2030. She focuses on advocacy campaigns using evidence based-data and messages. Prior to joining EM2030, she worked with Women Thrive Alliance and GIZ in Cameroon on a number of programs related to girls and women’s rights.

      Anne Connell

      Senior Data Advisor

      Anne supports the data strategy for Equal Measures 2030, building strategic data partnerships and ensuring our results and insights are accessible to all. With experience in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, Anne has previously worked with Partners In Health, Democracy Reporting International, the Brookings Institution, the Harvard Kennedy School, and the Council on Foreign Relations.

      Nina Margareta Hoie

      Communications Officer

      Nina supports Equal Measures 2030’s external communication efforts and manages the partnership’s web and social media channels. Prior to joining EM2030, Nina worked in the online consumer industry in Europe and for UNOPS Myanmar focusing on health.

      Martha Flynn

      Policy and Advocacy Officer

      Martha supports the Equal Measures 2030’s policy and advocacy work, with a focus on women’s rights organisations undertaking EM2030-supported influencing at the national level. Prior to joining, Martha worked with Girl Effect, Mercy Corps and Human Rights Watch in a range of roles spanning campaigns, advocacy, communications and partnerships.
